Wholesale Order Terms

Cactus Needlepoint Wholesale Terms

Thank you for partnering with Cactus Needlepoint. The following terms apply to all wholesale orders.

Minimum Order
Wholesale orders require a minimum order total of $500. There are no minimum quantities per design, so you are welcome to mix and match across collections to reach the minimum.

Order Confirmation and Fulfillment
Submitting an order does not constitute a confirmed sale. All orders are reviewed and confirmed based on current availability and production capacity. Because our canvases are hand-painted, some designs may have extended lead times. We will confirm your order, expected timing, and any substitutions and/or changes by email after review.

Payment
Payment is due at time of fulfillment. No payment is collected when your order is placed. Once your order is ready to ship, we will send an invoice, and payment is required before shipment.

Pricing
Wholesale pricing is available through your approved account and is subject to change. The pricing shown in your wholesale catalog at the time of order confirmation applies to your order.
